Mindfulness in Everyday Living  (small group learning)
Discuss the science behind the value of mindfulness.
Explore practical ways mindfulness enriches our lives.
Practice different modalities of mindful living.
Develop individual self-care plans to cultivate your personal practice

Various Options:

3.5 hour workshop on Saturday 7/23 or Sunday 7/24

Two 2-hour sessions on weeknights or weekends,

week of 6/27 or 7/18

$100 per person for either small group option 

Sessions will take place at 
Retreat House in Richardson, TX
