Living on Purpose was established in 2021, in the midst of the global pandemic. Experiencing the psychosocial effects of the pandemic, we discovered that many of our own experiences are universal to a great extent. Wanting to do more, give more, and be more - leading a life with attention to intention - Karen studied with thought-leaders around the world, developing workshops, activities and resources to facilitate personal development, growth, self-care and mindful living.
