Living on Purpose was established in Spring, 2021, in the midst of the global pandemic. Experiencing the psychosocial effects of the pandemic, Karen discovered that many of her own experiences are universal. Wanting to be and do more to help others, share more of her gifts with others - while leading a life with attention to intention - Karen studied with thought-leaders around the world, developing workshops, activities and resources to facilitate personal development, growth, self-care and mindful living.
Shared connections, common language and a robust flywheel of practical approaches make Karen's programs and resources accessible to people in all phases of life. We focus on varied facets of mental wellbeing, with a strong emphasis on gratitude and resilience in individuals and groups.
